What data we collect: Through this form we collect the contact information you provide (name, email address, phone number, company name, country, website), your project description and brief, and any files you choose to attach (images, PDFs, CAD files, or other documents).

Purpose: Your data is collected solely for the purpose of evaluating your design brief, preparing a technical and commercial proposal, and communicating with you about the potential engagement. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without separate consent.

Confidentiality commitment:

• We will never disclose, sell, transfer, or share your submitted data, project descriptions, or files with any third party without your explicit written consent.
• This includes our partners, subcontractors, technology platforms, or any other entity.
• Your intellectual property remains entirely yours. Submitting a brief to Evolutiv AI SH.A does not transfer any rights to us.
• All submitted files are stored on secured, access-controlled servers located in the EU/EEA.

Data retention: If no commercial engagement results, your data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months from submission, after which it will be deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@evolutiv.ai.

Your rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You also have the right to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@evolutiv.ai.

Legal basis: Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of a pre-contractual measure at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
